What started as an opportunity to catch up with girlfriends became a gloriously fun and informative course of culinary magnificence with the generous and wise true master chef Walter Trupp. Needless to say, we’ll be back.

I did the “Cooking for Beginners” 3 day course. Before this, I did not know how to cook at all. After completing the course I now have the confidence to follow simple cooking recipes anyone can do at home. I’ve learnt how to cook steak, crispy salmon, lamb tagine, beautiful pumpkin soup, chicken stir fry, tasty vegetables, apple pie, poached eggs and much more. The whole process was a fun enjoyable experience. If I can cook, you can too.

Attended a gastronomy cooking class, learnt a lot of new technique and had a ball. The class had a really hands on approach and left me with good theory and technique (notes included) to take home. Will happily attend future courses.
