Had a very nice day French cooking with Walter in a class of six. It was busy and fruitful and full of lots of greats tips and techniques. And then we got to eat our way through the day and had a lovely and huge lunch in conclusion. The only piece of advice I offer to future students is to bring a few takeaway containers with you to class. At least six.
