In this hands-on session, you will learn how to prepare wholesome salads that you can serve as a meal plus salad dressings; legume and pulse preparation and sprouting. Walter will also tell you why organic vegetables are important, and show you how to make them delicious. A perfect food to pre-cook for your work lunches on hotter days. Learn how to make fancy salads for your dinner parties or pre-prepare to take to work. You will also learn the importance of raw foods in your diet!
