There will be plenty of food, wine and happy conversation on the menu in this class. We will focus on the rich history and some famous dishes you would enjoy while sojourning in Italy – unfussy, yet utterly delicious. You’ll learn how to turn simple, seasonal ingredients into sublime meals. A journey into Italian cooking is one of the most rewarding food experiences when fish, meats, pasta and aromatic vegetables mix with delicious small goods, balsamic and olive oils.
In this session, you will learn some delicious entrees, all the foundations of homemade Pastas and filled pastas, as well as gnocchi and sauces, braised meats and salads before we finish off with Panna Cotta, Burned Wine Cream with Stracciatella Ice cream and some other famous Italian treats.
