Pies today fall into the category of fast foods but that’s truly undeserved as this session will demonstrate you. In this class you will learn how to make good wholesome quality pie fillings and dough’s and how to turn them into individual pies, family pies and pot-pies. Recipes include Chicken-Sweet Corn and Lemon Pie, Adzuki Bean-Tempeh and Shitake Mushroom Pie, a Fluffy Fish Pie, Hachis Parmentier, Steak and Guinness Pie, Vegetable Pie, Burgundy Beef Pie and Apple Pie with Cinnamon ice cream.
Note: all the recipes in the session are made with organic wholemeal flour, recipe conversion for white flour is given.
