There are plenty of laughs, fun, delicious food, and a chance to meet new people while learning how to cook wonderful new dishes for family and friends. Weekend classes run 9am to 2.30pm & mid-weekday evening classes 6-9pm.

I did the “Cooking for Beginners” 3 day course. Before this, I did not know how to cook at all. After completing the course I now have the confidence to follow simple cooking recipes anyone can do at home. I’ve learnt how to cook steak, crispy salmon, lamb tagine, beautiful pumpkin soup, chicken stir fry, tasty vegetables, apple pie, poached eggs and much more.
